1. Formation of the Contract:

The registration for participation in a course or event of SAPOORI GmbH has no contractual significance yet. The contract between SAPOORI GmbH and the participant/registering party comes into effect only through a binding feedback from SAPOORI GmbH and when the participant accepts the General Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy of SAPOORI GmbH.

2. Scope of Services:

The scope of services can be found in the course description or the description of the event content.
Side agreements must be in writing.

3. Required Age of Participants:

In principle, an age of 18 years is required for participation in courses. If the participation of minors is planned (e.g. for children's birthday parties), the signature of the respective legal guardians is additionally required along with the registration, as well as the presence of an adult supervisor. Minors will be taught how to mix non-alcoholic cocktails only.

4. Payment Terms/Course and Event Fees:

The fee must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal no later than 14 days before the course or event begins. The date of receipt of payment by the company is decisive. If a payment in installments is agreed upon, the first installment is due immediately, and the further installments will be agreed upon individually. In this case, the participant agrees to a direct debit of the installment amounts. A cash payment upon course commencement is only possible in exceptional cases and requires individual arrangement. In this case, a down payment is required.

5. Cancellation of Course or Event Participation and Costs:

After the expiration of the cancellation period, cancellation of the booking is possible, but the following costs will apply:

- up to four weeks before the course begins free of charge,
- 24 to 18 working days before beginning – 20% of the course fee
- 17 to 4 working days before beginning – 50% of the course fee
- 3 to 1 working days before beginning – 100% of the course fee

The cancellation must be in writing; the date of receipt of the cancellation at SAPOORI GmbH applies.
If a valid reason for cancellation is provided, a decision can be made individually, for example, participation in another course can be agreed upon. The participant can provide a replacement person.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Conditions
We understand that unforeseen events can occur and want to offer you flexible options in case you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation for Companies in November/December
Cancellations or rebookings for companies in November and December are unfortunately not possible.

Short-term Cancellations
Up to three days before the event: A cancellation is possible up to three days before the planned event. Please note, however, that in this case the full price will be charged.

Rescheduling
Postponement due to an emergency: If you cannot attend the planned appointment due to an unforeseen emergency, we offer you the opportunity to reschedule the event to another time. However, we will charge 25% of the total price for the rebooking.

6. Refund of Course Fee:

A direct refund of the course fee for already booked and paid courses is fundamentally excluded. If a postponement of the course is not feasible for compelling reasons, SAPOORI GmbH will offer the participant alternative solutions. This may include crediting the amount toward other services, future courses, or providing products.

The feasibility of these alternative solutions will be examined in consultation with the participant. If no agreement is reached regarding one of the alternative solutions or if the proposed options are not acceptable to the participant, there will be no refund of the course fee in cash or to the original payment method. In this case, the course fee will be forfeited.

7. Minimum Number of Participants and Course Duration:

Most courses are group courses, whose total duration is based on a certain number of participants. In the case of a low number of participants, SAPOORI GmbH is entitled to reduce the course duration accordingly, as the course content can be conveyed in a shorter time with fewer participants, without disadvantages for the participants. A course duration reduced for this reason does not constitute a reason for reduction or withdrawal, as the full provision of educational content is ensured. There are no effects on the paid course fee. If the minimum number of participants of 6 persons is not reached for courses/events (e.g. due to cancellations by other participants), SAPOORI GmbH reserves the right to reschedule the course or event. Participants will be informed in writing. SAPOORI GmbH assumes no liability for any costs incurred by participants as a result (travel expenses, hotel costs, etc.).

8. Vouchers:

Voucher balances will neither be paid out in cash nor interest. The voucher is transferable. The seller can fulfill the obligation to the respective holder with discharging effect. This does not apply if the seller has knowledge or grossly negligent ignorance of the lack of entitlement, legal incapacity, or missing representation authorization of the respective holder. The voucher is valid for 1 year after purchase and can be redeemed on the website http://www.sapoori.com.


The voucher can only be redeemed before the completion of the ordering process. A subsequent offsetting is not possible.
Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
The value of goods must at least match the amount of the voucher. Any remaining credit will not be refunded.
The voucher will not be refunded if the customer returns goods that were paid for in whole or in part with the voucher as part of their statutory right of revocation.

The voucher is transferable. The seller can fulfill the obligation to the respective holder with discharging effect. This does not apply if the seller has knowledge or grossly negligent ignorance of the lack of entitlement, legal incapacity, or missing representation authorization of the respective holder.

9. Location:

The courses generally take place at the business premises of the organizer. However, there is also the possibility of moving courses or events to the business premises of clients (e.g. for corporate training/corporate events).

10. Liability:

SAPOORI GmbH is not liable for accidents and for damages, loss, or theft of items and vehicles brought along, as far as SAPOORI GmbH or its employees or agents are not liable for intentional or grossly negligent conduct. SAPOORI GmbH is also not liable for any other damages or consequential damages, in particular, but not exclusively, due to missing documents or course content. This disclaimer of liability does not apply in cases of intent and gross negligence. The limitation of liability and the exclusion of liability do not apply in cases of legally mandatory liability, especially in cases of personal injury.

11. Copyright:

The accompanying event materials will be handed out at the beginning of the event. These materials are protected by copyright and may not be duplicated, modified, or distributed without the consent of SAPOORI GmbH, even in excerpts.

12. Data Protection:

The participant agrees to the automated processing of personal data for the purposes of course or event processing. Furthermore, SAPOORI GmbH may use personal data for future information, unless written objection is made.

13. Severability, Jurisdiction:

If individual provisions of the contract or these General Terms and Conditions are wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The respective statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provisions.

14. Prices:

The prices listed in the shop are gross prices and include the legally applicable VAT in Germany.

Advance Payment 
We offer our customers the option to purchase via advance payment/bank transfer through their own bank accounts in the respective countries.
